iCCTV is a software package designed to work with IP cameras in the format of RTSP, MJPEG. The main purpose is automatic license plate recognition and works in conjunction with the iANPR SDK. Also added the ability to detect movements and recording in a log file. The program is easy to use – add a camera, set up a recognition mode, then you can minimize the program to tray, and it will work in the background. Recognition data is written to a text log.
